Immunizations

The purpose of immunizations is to prevent disease. All of the diseases we immunize against have, at one time or another, been a serious threat to the health of our country. Most of them are now at their lowest levels in history thanks to years of immunization.

Immunizations Services

The Immunization staff provides vaccination services but the following should be noted:
  • A current Well-Baby exam is required for childhood vaccines.
  • A current prescription is required if coming from an outside provider.

What to Bring with You

Patients need to bring their shot records and military ID card and the following:

Vaccine Availability

Routine immunizations are offered on a walk-in basis. However, PPD tuberculosis skin tests require a doctor’s order.

COVID Vaccines

All COVID-19 vaccinations are by appointment only. Appointments for COVID vaccinations can be made at https://informatics-stage.health.mil/covax/.

Each of the vaccines are available at varying days and times. Please refer to our "Hours" section for more detailed information.
