Delayed arrivals and full-day closures are updated by
5 a.m. on our public website and social media sites. Early closures will be posted to these sites as soon as the decision has been made. In the event of inclement weather, please check these sites before leaving your home
If the clinic is CLOSED or has a DELAYED Opening, what does that mean for my scheduled appointment on that day?
- If the clinic is CLOSED, clinic staff will contact you to reschedule your appointment, or you may call IRMAC at 1-855-277-6331.
- If there is a 1-HOUR DELAYED opening, all appointments before 9 a.m. will be canceled and rescheduled. If there is a 2-HOUR DELAYED opening, all appointments before 10 a.m. will be canceled and rescheduled. You may also call IRMAC at 1-855-277-6331 to reschedule
- If there is an URGENT need and you must be seen today due to an emergency - An emergency is defined as a sudden, unexpected, serious medical condition or worsening of a condition that poses a threat to life, limb, or sight, and requires immediate treatment.
