Prescription Activation

​You can now submit a perscription activation by using one of the following methods:

Method One:

Step 1. Download the NHCPR App from your App Store

Step 2. Click the Activate RX Button on the App.

This method is for the use of prescription activation only. If any of the above information in your email containing an (*) is missing it will delay the processing of your prescription.
 
Medication will be ready for pick up NO SOONER than one business day after request submission. This activation is for new prescriptions only, not for refills. Should you need to request a refill, please call 1-800-377-1723.

Method Two:

Scan this QR code with your iPhone Camera App or Android QR Code scanning App. You will recieve a pop-up asking you to complete an email to our Pharmacy staff. Once the Pharmacy staff have processed your activation, you will receive and email response.
